Comparative Government
The study of comparative government for Oxford undergraduates concerns political institutions and political methodology. Students are encouraged to engage independently in the study of specific countries, perhaps in anticipation of area studies that they may undertake as options later in their work. The department provides lectures, two classes in the second year and another two classes in the third year in preparation for students’ final examinations. Unlike other final honour school papers, this one has six tutorials.
